REFUNDS
Monthly Payment Plan
The monthly payment option is a courtesy given to our families and does not reflect a monthly commitment. Program registration is done on a school-year basis.
If you request a refund less than 30 days before the start of the program but before the program begins, Scribble Art Workshop will retain the first payment made at registration.
All cancellation requests after the start of the program must be submitted in writing before the 15th of the month for the following month. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December, we must be notified in writing before November 15th. November 15th will be the final charge and participation will end November 30th or the last day that you participate during November.
Late notification (after the 15th of the month) will result in a charge the month of the cancellation. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December and you notify us on or after November 15th, your last charge will be December 15th. In that case your child is welcome to continue participating until the last day of December. Whether or not they participate, you will be charged accordingly based on the policy above.
Full Year Payment
If you request a refund less than 30 days before the start of the program but before the program begins, Scribble Art Workshop will retain the tuition for the first month as a non-refundable deposit. For example, if you paid $4300 for the full year, we will retain $430.
All cancellation requests after the start of the program must be submitted in writing before the 15th of the month for the following month. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December, we must be notified in writing before November 15th. We will retain the tuition for all the months attended including November, and participation will end November 30th or the last day that you participate during November. You will be refunded for December onwards.
Late notification (after the 15th of the month) will result in us retaining the tuition for the following month. For example, if you would like to end your participation in December and you notify us on or after November 15th, we will grant a refund from January onwards. In that case your child is welcome to continue participating until the last day of December. Whether or not they participate, you will be charged accordingly based on the policy above.
SWITCHING CLASSES / DAYS
If you would like to switch classes or days throughout the session, requests must be submitted in writing. We will honor these requests based on space availability in the desired classes/days. If space is not available, the cancellation notification policy above stands.
