HEADCOUNT & STUDIO CAPACITY
Our studio has a capacity of 38 individuals altogether and space for 30 artists. This means that if parents are staying with their children during the party (required if children are younger than Pre-School), there must be a lower headcount of guests. The number of adults is not included the price, but will need to be factored into the maximum capacity.
We'll need a final headcount 2 weeks in advance in order to make sure we have enough staff and materials prepared.
Please note that booking must be done a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
PROJECT OPTIONS
Adopt-A-Stuffy
$25 / child
Your guests will each adopt their very own stuffies (adoption certificates and all!) and then make them creative homes to carry them in! We'll paint and decorate their homes in the first part of this project; mixing primary colors to make a wide variety of new colors and shades! For the second part of our project, we'll glaze small ceramic food dishes that can be used to play pretend OR to store little toys or jewelry. Guests will pick up glazed dishes after they've been fired.
Comic Book Club
$15 / child
Your guests will each make a large-scale painting of one page of their very own comic book. In the first part of this project, artists will develop their characters, the setting and the story. In the second part, they'll ink their pencil lines and then add color using liquid watercolor and text stickers for that extra "BANG!".
Modern Museum
$25 / child
Your guests will be transported to a real professional painting studio. The first part of this project will be stretching our own canvases! Then, we'll make beautiful abstract paintings and finish up the party with an art exhibit complete with labeled artwork for families to visit when they come for pick up.
