Ceramic Parties at our Dobbs Ferry Studio

Come party at our welcoming (and BRAND NEW) ceramics space in our Dobbs Ferry Studio with a fun art project, professional instruction, food & party supplies, and more! Perfect for kids 3 and up (click here for ceramic parties for grown-ups!)

We’re excited to offer two types of ceramic parties for kids:

Clay Party

At this party, your guests will create their own unique clay sculptures that they'll glaze using underglaze. Guests will be called for pick up of items as soon as they've been fired (about 10 days after the party).

COST

  • $350 for 2 hours of party time (2.5 hours of studio access, including set up and pack up)

  • $25 per child for materials

SCHEDULE

  • 15 minutes: Set up

  • 15 minutes: Guest arrival & welcome activity

  • 75 minutes: Art activity

  • 30 minutes: Eat & celebrate

  • 15 minutes: Pack up

Paint Your Own Pottery

At this party, your guests will glaze pre-made ceramic pieces (you'll get to choose from a wide array of options). Guests will be called for pick up of items as soon as they've been fired (about 10 days after the party).

COST

  • $350 for 90 minutes of party time (2 hours of studio access, including set up and pack up)

  • $22 per child for materials

SCHEDULE

  • 15 minutes: Set up

  • 15 minutes: Guest arrival & welcome activity

  • 45 minutes: Art activity

  • 30 minutes: Eat & celebrate

  • 15 minutes: Pack up

  • $6.50 per goody bag

  • $50 for decorations

  • $35 for paper goods

  • $100 for extra 1/2 hr of sensory play

  • $25 per pizza including tip

HEADCOUNT & STUDIO CAPACITY

  • Our studio has a capacity of 40 individuals altogether and space for 32 artists. This means that if parents are staying with their children during the party (required if children are younger than Pre-School), there must be a lower headcount of guests. The number of adults is not included the price, but will need to be factored into the maximum capacity.

  • We'll need a final headcount 2 weeks in advance in order to make sure we have enough staff and materials prepared.

Please note that booking must be done a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.
